Glyphosate is a broad-spectrum systemic herbicide and crop desiccant . It is an organophosphorus compound , specifically a phosphonate , which acts by inhibiting the plant enzyme 5-enolpyruvylshikimate-3-phosphate synthase . It is used to kill weeds , especially annual broadleaf weeds and grasses that compete with crops .
Product uses
It was originally applied to prevent grass and other weeds in rubber plantation, which can make rubber trees cut one year earlier and increase the yield of old rubber trees.Now gradually spread in forestry, orchard, mulberry garden, tea garden, rice, rice and rape rotation land.Different weeds have different sensitivity to glyphosate, and therefore different dosage is used.Such as millet, dog sedge, see the wheat niang, beef tenderloin, matang, such as the whole year weeds
